Terms of Service
STRESS LESS TREE SERVICES provides reliable and professional tree services and gardening services 7 days a week. Stress Less Tree Services will comply with these terms of service at all times. If there are any concerns or issues with the services provided by Stress Less Tree Services, please contact the office at stresslesstreeservices@gmail.com or call 0434 172 340 during office hours.
Payments
Charges for the service will be agreed upon at the time of scheduling the service.
Stress Less Mowing takes payment in cash on the day OR within 3 business days, if invoiced. If payment has not been received after 3 days, overdue fees will apply as stated on the invoice.
Scheduling
Stress Less Tree Services will make every effort to provide the service requested at the time requested. However, sometimes rescheduling is required; such as if the weather is unsuitable to work in. If this is the case, Stress Less Tree Services will contact you and reschedule the service to a time that best suits your needs.
To assist us with maintaining our schedule, Stress Less Tree Services asks that you give us enough notice when booking your initial service. This allows time for us to fit you into our schedule and assess the amount of time required for the service and agree upon a quote for the job.
If you want to change the service requested, please contact the office at least 24 hours prior to when we are due to arrive, to ensure that we are fully prepared for the job.
We pride ourselves on being flexible and agile and can accept rescheduling from time to time; however our highest attribute we hold ourselves to is our finished product quality.
Rescheduling
Once you have received the 24 hour reminder text message; the service is presumed to be proceeding. If you attempt to reschedule once you receive the “I’m on the way” message from the Arborist assigned to the job on the day of service you may be charged a rescheduling fee for the inconvenience it causes to our Arborist and the schedule.
Cancelations
As stated you will receive a 24 hour reminder message the day before your service is scheduled. Stress Less Tree Services requires 24-hour notice if you want to cancel a scheduled service. If you cancel a scheduled service within less than 24hours notice, $30.00 will be charged. Re-scheduling due to weather is at the discretion of the Arborist.

Access and obstacles
Please have all miscellaneous items, including trash, toys, hoses, and doggy piles picked up from the lawn the night before or morning of your scheduled service day. You will receive a 24 hour reminder text and a message when the arborist is on the way.
If there’s a locked gate, be sure to give us a key or code – or have it unlocked on your day of service. Stress Less Tree Services needs access to your property at your scheduled service date and time. We are not liable for the lack of access to your property caused by either a locked, blocked, or inoperable gate.
If Stress Less Trees Services attends for a service and cannot access any area of service due to locked gate or lack of access and we are unable to reach you, you will be charged the rescheduling/cancellation fee of $30.00, regardless of how much is serviced.
You are not required to be at home while service is performed but the service area must be accessible and free of obstructions (lawn furniture, toys, trash, bio-hazardous materials, etc.) prior to the scheduled visit. All pets must be secured as to pose no threat to service personnel. If we find obstructions, we will service what we have access to and you will be charged for a full service.
If the arborist has requested you move something during the mow or for future mows due to safety reasons or protection of your items, it will be noted in our system. Stress Less Tree Services and their team will not be liable for damages the item sustains if failure to move it.
Excessive amounts of waste such as dog pilings will incur a clean-up fee, to cover the cost of cleaning our tools, clothes, boots and inside of work vehicles. This amount will be $50.00.
Waste Removal
For any additional waste that is required for Stress Less Tree Services employees to remove due to item not being suitable for chipping for example; Yucca’s and Palms. A Delivery and unloading fee to the tip has a charge of $75.00 Plus Tip Fee and GST Charges.
Notification of damages
There is a level of accepted wear and tear on surrounding features of your yard, including fences and paths that occur when tree waste is being removed. Stress Less Tree Services are not liable for damage occurred or accumulated from previous maintenance or service people.
We do our best to respect your property; in the unfortunate event damages have occurred and we did not notice it at the time. You must notify Stress Less Tree Services on 0434 172 340 or at
stresslesstreeservices@gmail.com within 24 hours of any damages caused by Stress Less Tree Services while performing the service.
In most cases, Stress Less Tree Services will address the problem within two business days after receiving your notification. We do not take liability for damage that is caused by negligence of other people, such as incorrect installation or property left in service area (such as Christmas lights in trees etc). We take as much care as possible to ensure we leave your yard better than when we arrived.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website design, text, images, graphics, data, information, logos, and other materials on this website, including the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software relating to this website and social media platforms, belongs to Stress Less Tree Services. No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, uploaded, transmitted, reused, re-posted or published without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Stress Less Tree Services will take great care of your garden. However, if something should happen to your garden that is out of our control, we are not liable for the cost of repairs. For example, we are not liable if any big trees or lateral limbs that are removed cause sun exposure to plants and shrubs below causing them to die back or any shrubs or trees get a fungus, we will help repair these, but will charge for these extra services.
Stump Grinding/Machinery T&Cs
Prior to commencement of works, we at Stress Less Tree Services require our clients to contract relevant utility services for the location of underground infrastructure such as; landscape watering systems, Wiring and Gas/Water mains, as we do not accept liability for any damages occurred by lack of information or negligence in not consulting ‘Dial Before You Dig’.
